  • Creation of rental advertisements from our extensive portfolio
  • Processing of rental inquiries incl. on-site inspections
  • Screening and selection of suitable prospective tenants
  • Preparation and drafting of rental contracts
  • Master data management before and after conclusion of the contract as well as lease termination management
  • Verification of deposit receipts in cooperation with the rental accounting department
  • Working across departments to ensure that tenant requirements are met

Your profile

  • High degree of social and intercultural competence and a confident and self-assured demeanor
  • Enthusiasm and passion for real estate as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (ideally in German and English)
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Preferably professional experience in the real estate industry (however, lateral moves are also welcome – e.g. hotel industry)
  • High level of affinity for digital tools and technologies
  • Confident and proficient use of ix-Haus and EverReal desirable
  • Experience with DocuWare is an advantage
  • Team player, friendly and sales-oriented thinking

  • Responsibility for technical property operations in compliance with legal requirements, especially for the properties in Berlin.
  • Support with the newly implemented software ixHaus, in combination with DocuWare, Casavi and EverReal.
  • Control, supervision and coordination of external service providers
  • Responsible for managing all real estate services with focus on technical and infrastructural aspects
  • Master data maintenance, property controlling, budget preparation and budget tracking
  • Regular property inspections with implementation of necessary activities
  • Autonomous support in the expansion of property management

Your profile

  • Successfully completed real estate-specific training or studies
  • Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties
  • Knowledge of building technology and construction-related issues is an advantage
  • Good commercial understanding as well as experience in reporting and documentation
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
  • Experience with ix-Haus desirable
