Property Manager Residential (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Autonomous responsibility for the commercial and technical operation of diverse portfolios
  • Monitoring and implementation of legal requirements, especially for residential properties in Berlin
  • Digital property management with the ixHaus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
  • Management, monitoring and coordination of external service providers
  • Master data maintenance, property controlling, budget creation and budget tracking
  • Regular property inspections with initiation of necessary measures
  • Close cooperation with the letting department

Your profile

  • Completed property-specific training or studies 
  • Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties 
  • Knowledge of building technology and construction issues is an advantage 
  • Experience with ix-Haus desirable 
  • Strong, confident communication skills
  • Good commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation 
  • Team orientated and enthusiastic personality
