Your mission

  • Responsibility for commercial property operations in accordance with legal requirements for 
     primarily commercial properties in Berlin
  • Property management with the ixHaus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
  • Controlling, monitoring and coordinating external service providers
  • Managing core data, property controlling, budget planning and budget tracking
  • Regular property inspections with initiation of necessary measures
  • Supporting the expansion of property management in the Berlin area
  • Co-operation with the letting department

Your profile

  • Completed property-specific training or studies 
  • Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties 
  • Knowledge of building technology and construction issues is an advantage 
  • Experience with ix-Haus desirable 
  • Strong, confident communication skills
  • Good commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation 
  • Team orientated and enthusiastic personality

Your mission

  • Design attractive apartment advertisements and present the diverse portfolio in an appealing way
  • Process rental inquiries with commitment, including organizing and carrying out viewings
  • Selecting suitable tenants and carefully accompanying the selection process
  • Draw up tenancy agreements and ensure a professional and smooth process
  • Maintain master data throughout the tenancy and support termination management
  • Ensure close cooperation with the rental accounting department
  • Promote cross-departmental cooperation to achieve joint successes

Your profile

  • Completed real estate-specific training or studies
  • Preferably professional experience in the real estate industry (career changers are also welcome) 
  • High level of social and intercultural competence as well as a confident and confident demeanor 
  • Enthusiasm and passion for real estate and contact with people 
  • Strong and confident communication skills, ideally also in English

Your mission

  • Coordination and documentation of regular maintenance, inspections (e.g. TÜV) and rectification of defects
  • Independent implementation of maintenance and repair measures 
  • Tendering, management and control of external service providers (e.g. facility management, tradesmen)
  • Warranty management for new build properties
  • Regular property inspections and reporting on technical problems
  • Planning and implementation of OpEx measures incl. market comparison, invoice verification and acceptances
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. asset management, energy managers)

Your profile

  • Completed technical training or studies (e.g. facility management, civil engineering)
  • Several years of experience in technical property management or a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of the maintenance and inspection of technical building systems
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
  • Knowledge of contract management and the awarding of services

Your mission

  • Ensuring correct accounting for a wide range of properties under own and third-party management
  • Account assignment and posting of invoices and rental/deposit receipts as well as monitoring and clarification of open items and differences
  • Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Recording and reviewing rental agreement regulations and analyzing the allocability of individual items in close coordination with property management
  • Responsibility for the reminder system 
  • Handling communication with tenants, owners, authorities, service providers and banks 
  • Creating and maintaining master data and managing rental deposit accounts
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and schedules

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education or studies 
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or as an accounts receivable/payable accountant, ideally experience in property accounting
  • Numerate and conscientious personality as well as real estate know-how and digital affinity, experience with ix-Haus desirable 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
