In the Comood app you will not only find all important e-mail and telephone data – e.g. of the caretaker or cleaning service – you can also use it to easily report damage and contact your neighbours via the “notice board” function. In addition, the digital storage of important documents, such as the building regulations, often replaces the traditional postal correspondence.
